How long it takes
Standard delivery to the US: 12–20 business days. Most orders land closer to 12. We'd rather tell you that upfront than promise two days and disappoint you.
Here's why: we don't hold a warehouse full of inventory. Each order goes straight to the supplier who makes the product, and it ships to you from there. That's what keeps a spin scrubber at $59 instead of $99. The trade-off is time.
What happens after you order
- Within 24 hours — order confirmation email with your details
- 1–3 business days — the order is processed and packed
- 2–5 business days — tracking number arrives by email
- 12–20 business days total — it's at your door
Tracking can sit quiet for several days between scans while a package moves between carriers. That's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Shipping cost
Free on every order. No minimum, no calculation at checkout, no surprise at the last step.
Halloween orders
Seasonal items are the one place where timing actually matters. Order by October 10th to be confident it arrives before the 31st. After that date we can't promise it, and we'll say so on the product page rather than take your money and hope.
Where we ship
United States only, for now. Every address in the 50 states plus DC.
Something wrong with your order?
Email hello@luniee.com with your order number. We answer within one business day. If a package is genuinely lost — no scan for 10+ days past the window — we send a replacement or refund you. You don't need to argue about it.
